its first quarter earnings on April 12, 2002 to be followed by a conference call that day at 4:30 p.m. Eastern
Time. Participating on the call will be Legacy's Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, William R. Fatt, along
with Chris J. Cahill, Executive Vice President, M. Jerry Patava, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
