NEW YORK, NY -- Cendant Corporation (NYSE: CD) will hold its annual meeting of stockholders at the Ramada Inn and
Conference Center, 130 Route 10 West, East Hanover, New Jersey 07936 on Tuesday, May 21, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. (EDT).
The record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive notice of, and vote at, the meeting was
March 15, 2002.
The annual meeting will be simultaneously webcast on the Company's Web site at www.cendant.com.
A more detailed description of the matters to be discussed at the annual meeting were included in a proxy statement
that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 20, 2002.
